  • Time: Picking up your new car will take around 1.5 hours approximately, ensure you have cleared your schedule for us!
  • Download Audi Connect and register for the service. When you're here, we will connect the car to your account.
  • Ensure everyone is present that are required to sign documents.
  • If you are using your license plate and registration if we are not providing that for you.

Are you trading in your current vehicle?

  • Be sure to bring all keys. (Second set, car starter, valet key etc.)
  • Bring all accessories: Cargo Covers, Roof Bars, Ski Racks, Rubber Mats, etc.
  • Any extra or second set of wheels (Summer/Winter, that were included in the trade)
  • Empty all personal belongings: Double check for parking passes and garage door openers!
